Central heating switches on when i turn the hot water on

I have a Horstmann 425 Tiara with which can be programmed twice a day. When i set the hot water to come on but with the central heating turned off the cental heating still comes on at the time the hot water comes on

Is there a way of overriding this or is it

Can’t have them separate to each other need to swap the timer for what you require

only option is to turn the room stat down when you want hot water on but not heating
