Went to service a Britony Combi SE (about 9 years old) a number of problems.. firstly; installed in the cellar with the PRV open pipe to cement floor
Secondly; no GC number on the badge plate only ***- xxxx-***
Thirdly: it is a 24kw combi installed on a heating system containing 20 rads (big house split into bedsits),
From discussing with tenants the boiler does occasionally lockout, it has not been on since April, when we tried to start it, it was not getting to ignition sequence (will be replacing APS tomorrow)..
what a mess...
