Hi everyone looking some help on a warmflow air heater 100/150

Carried out service done all the required checks & followed manufactures instructions As per serviced carried out analyser checks everything ok.Called back 3 days later to find heater badly sooted up and analyser readings off the scale so stripped down Cleaned out again.fired heater up again allow time to stabilise Before carrying out and analyser readings everything was ok for a short time & then readings go off the scale again.Any suggestions please
