Got a job to change a primatic cylinder and one pipe system to an indirect cylinder and two pipe system. Oil fired boiler in bungalow with cylinder in loft.

Got a job on one of these.
1st call was no heating or hot water.
Tested fan and it was faulty.
Went to fit new fan and still nothing but this time there was no power to fan.
Luckily I had a spare PCB from a boiler I'd taken out a while back.
Fitted this then had power to fan again but...
lads...can you still get the dhw heat ex for the worcester 9.24 rsf gc no 47 311 06??? my pal has one and its going in to overheat lock out on the hw and can't afford a new boiler!!

Got called to an open vent system today with reports of no water pressure to hot bath tap only.
First thought was a faulty jumper washer but soon realised there was a bigger problem.
As you can see from pictures the hot pipe had been leaking and furred up causing a blockage inside the pipe...
