Hi, I'm just a householder with a question. Hope someone can offer a suggestion re replacing a Aquavalve 900 cartridge, which is now discontinued. The shower dripping is getting worse as time goes on. Are there any other cartridges that can be fitted in place of the old one, Aqualisa or other...

The high & low heat indicator lights not were working & no hot water was coming. I changed the micro-switch with no effect. Now both lights come on & still no hot water! Could it be simply the circuit board or is there some other failure you guys know of?

Hello,
My customer has a continuously dripping shower - Aqualisa Quartz A2 - gravity feed - and I am loath to try and dismantle it to try and strip and repair it given the unusual nature of its design and limited technical information that seems to be available.
The black moulding that the hot...
I have just replaced the thermostatic cartridge in my shower - had to replace it as the original was leaking - job seamed straight forward - turned off hot water - turned off cold water - replaced cartridge - switched everything back on - plenty of hot water but no cold water -- checked both hot...
I need to replace my 10 years old Aqualisa Aquarian shower mixer. Since it is a push fit connection, can I just pull the shower mixer out by force? Would I damage the exposed pipes by doing so?
Please help!
Many Thanks
Hey guys,
I am new to this forum but from the threads I have read you chaps seem like a helpful bunch.
I have a few customers who want to replace their old showers with a known make (they quoted Aqualisa, Mira and Triton).
I was wondering which make would do you recommend?
Cheers,
Mark
Hi chaps, just popped over from the Sparky forum - got a problem and need some quick advice!
My own electric shower - cheap and cheerful Aqualisa 'Aquastyle' 10.5kW. Less than a year old and still under warranty.
Problem is that it's just decided to spring a persistent leak from the pressure...
Just to let you all know that today i fitted a TRITON T80 and it was a treat to install! The water inlet on unit can swing left to right and same goes for the electric's so next time a customer ask's for a half decent replacement recommend one of these bad boy's and it will save you altering...

HI I have had a small extension to my bathroom which meant the shower was moved a small distance from where it was located/ My builder when taking down the shower managed to break the data cable at the shower control end. I have managed to reinsert the cable which houses the 6 smaller cables...
Hi
I have an Aqualisa 609 valve shower which constantly drips. I think I need to change or at least remove the cartidge and chnage the 'O' ring. I have taken off the on/off plate at the front and there is a screw behind it. It looks like there is some damage to the screw thread as I cannot...

Hey all, tried to fix a friends shower recently. It's the named shower above.
It runs for about 30 seconds then it seems to click and turn itself off. The blue light on the front of the shower no longer lights up at all and it used too. Once it cuts out I can turn it straight back on and it...
Hi there,
trying to help a mate out who has problems with his controls.
Basically, whenever he turns the water off on the control unit, he has to push the control right in to stop the water flowing out of the unit.
Spoken with Aqalisa, who say I need a new valve unit, which is fine.

Hi all,
Generally I'm used to shower feeds being 150mm apart center to center but I've just been to look at one where they're only 65mm apart. The cold (mains fed) is fine but the hot (cylinder fed) won't turn off when the shower is stopped.
Have any of you heard of this before and can anyone...
