Is anyone else having trouble getting on the williams trade only website?
 
It`s down at the moment, Ray has posted apologises and a phone number around an hour ago.

Our hosting company are having some challenges this afternoon AMW. Hopefully they will have it sorted soon, but in the meantime, we have extra staff on our main sales line 01329 226501, or if you PM me a number, I can get someone to call you?

I hadn't seen his post, but it's not important I just wanted to print off a previous order from my account but I'll try and see if it's working later or tomorrow. Thanks for replies tho guys.

Mira shower mixer adjustment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THIS MIXER UNIT? WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TURNED ALMOST FULLY ANTI CLOCKWISE TO GET HOT WATEROUT. THE FRONT PLATE WITH MIRA ON IT PRISES OFF AND INSIDE THERE ARE SOME PLASTIC BITS AND A SMALL CROSS-HEAD SCREW IN THE MIDDLE. THANKS
