hey guys i have a vailaint eco tech plus with f75 pressure relief is not leaking i cant find any leaks on system( wooden floors) Do you think its the pressure vessel that needs changing? cheers

Isn't this a known issue with them? thought there was some kit you got free of charge?

It's in public so it's a no no! The issue is with the appliance and you need to be GSR to do anything inside this as the case is combustion seal!

Isn't f75 cheese in the flux capacitor? Or is that 6f5 ?

No 6f5 is recycled capping

Defo capacitor or the reality matrix

Flow switch left side of boiler. Depending on which model you have it is a bit awkward to release the circlip. Also check your pump.
Good luck.

Doh outside comments gone now ;)

Moves to private forum.

Pressure transducer not detecting a 0.2bar rise in pressure when the pump kicks in. Check water quality, pump, transducer.

Then get an f75 kit.....

Watch where you're posting in future.

You too Manx.

You can verify this by bumping pressure. Just over fill and prv bouncing it ritz off will shake air bubble out of sensor, it will reoccur within hours. New sensor mod required

if pump is pulsing on/off check water pressure sensor, on x2 on p.c.b 5vdc from back wire to red, black to green will depend on what pressure is in system ie 1vdc= 0bar, 1.6vdc=1bar and 3vdc=3bar. if voltage is incorrect on green to black more likely just need replace water pressure sensor.
if you got existing rubber hoses on flow and return then its worth ordering f75 kit
as in time they will split. you get copper pipes with new water pressure sensor in f75 kit
if already copper pipes then cheaper order sensor.

if pump isnt pulsing on and off then check pump
