Discuss Unfinished shower tray ?? in the USA area at PlumbersForums.net

Hi all 👋

I recently bought a new build house and had a quick question about an installed shower tray.

As you can see it the photo, bare tile is visible (just) with a gap to the right of it. I’m worried that water/ condensation will pass here and leak.

Should this have been sealed before the shower door frame was fitted?

If yes, what would be the best (not quickest or easiest) course of action ?

All advice welcome
Thanks in advance
Jason
