Hello everyone, I thought I'd join your forum to see what's going on. Theses days I'm a handyman, I've been in the building trade for over 30years and in that time learnt a lot of skills. I install bathrooms and kitchens properly! I was trained by an old school plumber I worked with many years ago and have kept up with modern regs, etc. I don't know why but I'm still amazed at the shoddy work I see especially in bathrooms, how many ceilings, joists and floors I've had to replace is ridiculous. Even though I have no qualifications I'm insured for all the work I do. I wonder sometimes about doing c+g and whether it's worth it, maybe upgrading to gas would bring in the money but finding a firm to sign me up for nvqs at 54 would be fun!

Hello and welcome
