Leak diverter valve Solaris

Hi,

likely diagnosis would be appreciated .
solaris boiler has shut down with no
display on lcd. The diverter valve is leaking slowly from base

The water has dripped through vent in base of boiler case and doesn't seem to leaked onto any other components.

the leaking water is very gritty.

I guess the diverter valve will need replacing/repairing?

what other damage could have been caused from above scenario to cause no lcd/power and likely cost to repair.


any help appreciated

Best bet would be get a fixed price repair from one of the major companies. How old is the boiler?

About 6 years old , is this just a run-of-the-mill repair?

Could be a can of worms or could be a simple fix, it's a Wickes boiler I think so sometimes parts can be tricky hence the advice.
