It for the aunt of one of our branch managers - I think she has just moved into a house thats been empty for a while, and someone has broken in and nicked all the pipework, boiler and rads.

It'll be labour only, because Chris will buy the gear using his staff discount and we will ship it up as part of our ecommerce transport testing.
