Hi.
I'm looking at changing my electrical testing equipment. At the moment I use a cheap multi meter from maplin's that ive had for years, although this isn't really up to the job and is quite bulky.
I primarily use it for testing boilers and heat pumps so need to be able to measure quite a...
Anyone know what shops stick the fluke t150 voltage tester that I could physically go to and bug one, rather than online... Been searching but everything is online ..

Hi. I was wondering if any domestic gas service engineers out there megger/insulation test whilst diagnosing boilers or for electrical safety purposes. I have heard before it could damage the appliance but, a domestic boiler is no more sensitive than any other domestic electrical appliance e.g...

Can anyone recommend a brand...

Looking for something that will do everything I need it to but that is simple to use.
Thanks

What kind do you guys use? I've had a socket and see one for under a year and its started playing up. Giving strange readings. Time for a new one, looking for something decent
Getting kitted up for level three at college and unsure whether to go down decent multimeter route, usual ones look a bit flimsy so thinking of going a bit more and getting a fluke T140 electric and continuity tester. Will this be enough for working on boilers etc or best sticking with...
