Easy listening (including mood music) is a popular music genre and radio format that was most popular during the 1950s to 1970s. It is related to middle-of-the-road (MOR) music and encompasses instrumental recordings of standards, hit songs, non-rock vocals and instrumental covers of selected popular rock songs. It mostly concentrates on music that pre-dates the rock and roll era, characteristically on music from the 1940s and 1950s. It was differentiated from the mostly instrumental beautiful music format by its variety of styles, including a percentage of vocals, arrangements and tempos to fit various parts of the broadcast day.
Easy listening music is often confused with lounge music, but while it was popular in some of the same venues it was meant to be listened to for enjoyment rather than as background sound.
Hi all,
Looking for some advice please, I'm trying to fit a sink strainer for the old man, simple job I thought. As you can see in the picture below the first picture is where the issue is the pipe has been modified before which doesn't let the pipe sit in the housing without it falling out...
This is a common problem where I have to install a condensing boiler and there is nowhere to discharge the condense.
I have an oil boiler to install in a garage and there is only a rainwater gulley close by.
To install a condense trap in the ground is too much work.
I am thinking of using...

Hi all,
The U Bend under my kitchen sink is leaking constantly now and making a mess. The press is terribly damp.
I need to get it fixed, but can't afford a tradesman right now.
Is it a simple enough fix to DIY?

Hi all.
I've got a Worcester 28i junior with a mechanical clock and room stat.
Wiring wise, what would be an easy swap over to a more modern programmer/stat?
I'm not to used to wiring up.
Any advice appreciated.

Hey there, DIY noob here!
I've recently bought a flat (converted from an old listed building about 15 years ago so I think that's how old all the interiors will be) and while there is no leaking issues so far I am imagining it's only a matter of time.
