bodies
Inclusion bodies are aggregates of specific types of protein found in neurons, a number of tissue cells including red blood cells, bacteria, viruses, and plants. Inclusion bodies of aggregations of multiple proteins are also found in muscle cells affected by inclusion body myositis and hereditary inclusion body myopathy.Inclusion bodies in neurons may be accumulated in the cytoplasm or nucleus, and are associated with many neurodegenerative diseases.
Inclusion bodies in neurodegenerative diseases are aggregates of misfolded proteins (aggresomes) and are hallmarks of many of these diseases, including Lewy bodies in Lewy body dementias, and Parkinson's disease, neuroserpin inclusion bodies called Collins bodies in familial encephalopathy with neuroserpin inclusion bodies, inclusion bodies in Huntington's disease, Papp-Lantos inclusions in multiple system atrophy, and various inclusion bodies in frontotemporal dementia including Pick bodies. Bunina bodies in motor neurons are a core feature of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.Other usual cell inclusions are often temporary inclusions of accumulated proteins, fats, secretory granules or other insoluble components.Inclusion bodies are found in bacteria as particles of aggregated protein. They have a higher density than many other cell components but are porous. They typically represent sites of viral multiplication in a bacterium or a eukaryotic cell and usually consist of viral capsid proteins.
Inclusion bodies contain very little host protein, ribosomal components or DNA/RNA fragments. They often almost exclusively contain the over-expressed protein and aggregation and has been reported to be reversible. It has been suggested that inclusion bodies are dynamic structures formed by an unbalanced equilibrium between aggregated and soluble proteins of Escherichia coli. There is a growing body of information indicating that formation of inclusion bodies occurs as a result of intracellular accumulation of partially folded expressed proteins which aggregate through non-covalent hydrophobic or ionic interactions or a combination of both.
Hi,
Looking to upgrade a customers old y plan system, currently no rad valves fitted only lock shield and wheel heads on rads.
I have used EPH branded TRV's in the past, looking to try something else with recommendation, all comes down to pricing a decent job though.
Cheers for your help.
Hi all. Has anyone heard of the Guild of Professional Gas Engineers and Administrators? they keep sending me emails about their training courses, but I don't know if they are legit.
AKA those people that do very little for the great sums we have to pay.
Other than looking professional because you are a member, what do the "governing bodies" do for you?
As I value other's opinions (allmost as much as my own lol), thought I'd ask you all what you think of CIPHE?

Hi all
About three weeks ago I posted about a problem with my Halstead Finest. The pressure was gradually increasing for no apparent reason. I concluded that there were only two possible culprits either the filler tap (hose still in place) or the DHW heat exchanger which I replaced about...

Hello
As title, why is a compact radiator called a compact radiator?
You can buy panel radiators and then buy a conversion kit (2 side panels & a top panel) what I don’t understand is how, buy fitting the conversion kit, it turns the radiator into a compact radiator as all you have done is...

Hi All,
A customer has complained of poor hot water pressure which he believes is due to the hard water he receives. He claims that in the past he has needed to replace tap bodies due to the build-up.
Currently all hot water outlets have very low pressure. Would you recommend me flushing the...

Apart from cuts and bruises to hands (particularly fond of where I tried to put a hacksaw through my knuckle) and the odd pain in the back after tough jobs in tricky positions, I've not suffered too bad from plumbing so far but I've only been at it just shy of 2 years.
One of the guys I worked...
I work for a company now but I think about going self employed a lot of the time, I see the money I make on private jobs and think why am I not doing this in the week.
Could someone tell me when I buy materials for my jobs if I'm self employed do I pay VAT. And the best way to get customers in...

I have passed my ACS, ccn1, cookers, fires, boilers, water heaters, cpa1. I've been installing boilers with my dad for 6 years (he is gas safe registered) do I need this energy efficiency qualification too? He did it a few years ago, does everybody bother?
