Many, if not all, have multi channel settings now to cope with multiple zones.
The latest Gas Safe mag has an advert from Honeywell showing a wireless system with two zones and cylinder 'stat.

You can even spoof zones using either a:

there are others, however both these have boiler interlock

Some have dip switches like a doorbell. You can change the frequency.
