I have idea to scared off tight Landlord & Estate Agent

Just done a job and ive found out the landlord sue the estate agent for hiring a illegal gas fitter because not providing a Building Certificate and estate agent was closed down because endangering in multi-occupancy dwellings. This could good for advertise for all freedy landlords and estate agents give them the news how they get penalised, when it comes to talk about money they will listen

Yes...thats why people get killed for not looking on regulation but prioritise on financial. This week i have 2 calls from eastern european builders to sign off there boiler works. Really hate them is not only taking our jobs but because of cheap price

Alot of it is not the estate agents its the landlord themselves. most estate agents I worked for charge the landlord what they get charged plus a certain percentage as an admin charge so they are happy if you put a big bill in as they get more.
