What clogs the smaller waste what goes into the closest one or the far manhole ?

In my opinion the manhole is to close to the
extension waste solids will be traveling a quite a rate through that soil pipe a nice slow sweeping bend at the base of the soil stack then into at least 1.5 m of straight pipe before entering the manhole to slow down the splatter effect of solids and toilet paper this is what your experiencing causing blockage rodding access is a must aswell at it base of the soil stack .
