:confused:Has anyone got/used the heat shield you can get that clip to the nozzle of your blowtorch? If so are they any good?
 
E bay (rothenberger do them don't know if anyone else does)
 
heat proof mat all the time, forget about the blow torch add ons !
 
I have one of those attatchmenbts but rarely use it. Its more handy when soldering 35mm+ copper as it shoots the flame all around the pipe
 
Heat Shield Mat is by far the best and safest. "Omat" are the the best ones to use, they last longest, can be placed around a pipe and are the most heat resistant.
