I am going to replace a combi boiler in a property. The flue comes out underneath the facia and guttering about 250mm apart. This is too close but the boiler is about 15 years old so they may of got away with it then. really there's no where else to put the Flue so i thought about putting a heat shield above the flue. I have rang around about 10 different plumbing merchants near to me and all have said they dont even know what one is let alone where i can get one from. Any help Please!

If your looking to fit a condensing combi select one with a plume management kit and use that to locate the exhaust past the soffit/facia/gutter. no need for a heat shield.
