gas safe website, utter rubish

You would think with all the money they rob from us including registration fees and registering new appliances they could have put together a decent website!

Every time I log into it I end up getting annoyed with it. Why is it so difficult to notify a new appliance!

Just spent about 10 mins writing in all the boiler details and my card gets declined, I rang the bank and they said it's not my card, must be the website. The last time I used it to register 3 new boilers I was on there for over an hour.

CMONE GAS SAFE, SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!1

Don't know about GS but a lot of websites don't work correctly unless you use Microsoft I.Explorer.

Have you noticed that after completing a notification is logs you out so you have to log back in again if you want to do anything else? Or is it just me

It's designed to do that apparently. Something to do with security.

Yeah another thing that makes it annoying, and then my password changes and I have to click forgot password and look it up through my emails

I notified 2 jobs and they did'nt show up on their system but i printed out the payment receipt. I had to fax gas safe proof that i paid them. They said i must be wrong !!! Took a few phone calls to get them to admit the mistake.

Just ring them and register appliances. Takes 5 minutes tops.
