anyone got some revision notes, tutorials on these assessments ? I have them bookd in for friday the assessor told me today when I was there doing my CPA1 there is some new stuff which won't be in my books, jw if anyone has any notes to give me thanks...

my books will be 2 years old if that helps

P.S(for admin/mod) I posted this in the private GSR forum also you can delete that one

you get a couple of hours classroom time in which the trainer will go over what is expected of you in the practical.Take notes when he is talking he WILL be giving you dimentions. For example clearences around cooker etc.also they will provide you with all up to date documents and updates one of which on CKR1 was released in 2008.Its a breeze dont panic.

Regards
Steve

CKR1 has 5 questions or so, look at TB on gas cookers in multi occupancy dwellings (TB015 or 051) clearances round appliance and proper installation from MI of cooker you are working on, nothing else,
HTR1 old the old usual stuff, clearances, hearth dimensions, catchment spaces, installation pipes, flue flow and spillage, flue faults, new stuff is flueless fires which you may have done on CPA1, if not do the FGA test as per MI, and check reading against target figures from tables

yeh I done the FGA test on the flueless on CPA1, I have Construction Skills Books on "Domestic Fires & Wall Heaters(G10)" "Domestic Cookers(G8)" and my Gas Safety folder just have a read through these and should be fine ??
