Is there any way we can reset the pre payment meters when it displays call for help ?

Bumped against one this morning and SGN are taking an age to answer the phone!

It's called a gist card it runs out every two weeks and needs putting into the machine in the office to fun for another 2 weeks just in case someone steals one I've got one as I change gas meters on contracting

Phone the supplier rather then SGN. They should be quicker to respond.

The DNO i.e SGN will not deal with metering enquiries . You must phone the gas supplier direct. The target standard attendance time is upto 4 hours but often much less.
