ACS tomorrow

Doing my acs for the first time tomorrow
I know its open book, but is there anything I'll be expected to know straight away with out referencing my book
Apart from the basic knowledge, I mean like bs numbers and such

Just bricking it on last minute nerves I guess, although I know I shouldn't have anything to worry about
