Yep, that's the one. In my case it was a rubbish bin of its own. I cleaned it up first to make sure I wasn't smelling some organic yuck .Ha! I was the same. I am guessing this is a meter cupboard above a bin store?

Hi - the top pic is the before fix. He's added the bracket and changed the ball valve and regulator, shown in the lower 2 pics.meter is still free standing, not secure to wall or floor.

I see what you mean. LHS pipe appears to be in the way of the bracket so he's not attached it to the wall ! I'm away tonight but back home tomorrow, I will confirm in case it's a trick of the photo angle.bracket not fixed to wall or floor.
