Its a risk fitting a S/H boiler, seems when you bought it a few parts were missing, is it even a condensing boiler ? looks a lot older than 2 years , more than likely been in someone's shed for years or just been removed cos its faulty
 
You see what is with some op's not appreciating when you tell them the truth.
Now, we also get new nick names right @punch @Judy :)
I also was under the impression you are not allowed to install a boiler if not registered even though he is not touching gas.
