Hey, I want to change my career path and become a plumber and finding it really difficult to find a company that I can trust. I'm 33 and have a child and wife to support so going to college full time isn't an option. I also live in rural mid Wales which doesn't help! A company called ERR Ltd has been to see me but I'm not convinced. I couldn't find one good review about them plus, they wanted £4500 for a level 2 which I thought was a bit steep? My wife is a qcf assessor and thinks it doesn't add up. They told her that their main office is in Wolverhampton but that centre isn't registered as an approved centre with city and guilds. Has anyone on here had any success with a distance learning company? If so, who where they and how much did you pay? Tia

You would be better paying a good local plumber to teach you and see it a local collage would do the paperwork ect
