Phone Sale companies

In a nutshell this afternoon had a call from a random number from a company called weathershield trying to sell me an internet site.They got my number off check a trade was busy at the time and said no i thought i hung up and after called him a few names which he heard. Then had endless text messages started full of abuse etc etc

Now i am registererd with TPS and thought these firms can't sell you anything or harass you.

How do you bin these parasites as up until i joined check a trade i never had these types of calls for long time
