Any heating lads help a brother out I've fitted a low loss header on a system. 4 storey house previous engineer piped full thing in 22mm using a vissemann v100 combi 4 additional zones and with just the standard boiler pump to run it all with an 60sqm underfloor heating zone with its own pump pulling against. I'm having trouble with the header it isnt heating like I thought it would plenty of heat coming into the header but doesn't seem to transferring to the heating zones is there anyone who can give me some advise please I've added grunfoss 15/50 pumps on the flow to each zone before 2 ports doesn't seem to sucm the heat from the header boiler runs steady and fine.

Many thanks scott.
