Been out to fit new heat exchanger to a keston c55. On inspection the exchanger wall was getting pretty worn and causing the outer casing to scorch. Changed heat exchanger fine. Changed ignition electrode and gaskets. On firing the fan runs, and then a pop, pop. And error message e02. Checked and changed ht lead to ignition bu
t still pops. With the casing on it seems to flex. Any idideas cheers also purged gas
