Hello, does anyone know of a side fill valve that works in very low pressure situations?

I installed two separate new side fill valves on my concealed cistern today, a Fluidmaster and a Dudley, both didn't seal properly. From reading reviews and forums it looks like it's due to the very low pressure (the break tank is right above the cistern).

Some kind folks advise getting the 'red seal' to fit on the Fluidmaster, but that product is no longer available.

Is there a product out there that works in very low pressure or should I change the whole confounded installation?

Any advice most appreciated!

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, they wouldn't stop filling the cistern. I cleaned the existing washer, which didn't help, so I bought a brand new Fluidmaster, same problem, then tried with a brand new Dudley, same issue. I'm worried that I'll jusk keep trying different brands but if the fundamental problem is pressure and all the valves have the same sealing system, it won't solve the issue. Not sure how many times the shop will let me exchange the valve!
