Boiler leak from grey tube

Hi

i have a drip coming from a grey tube that comes out of the bottom of the boiler. I think this is the pipe that goes to the condensate trap. I've identified the leak. I'm just not sure how to fix it. Any help would be much appreciated.

No problems. You need a gsr to look at it.
