Was on 30/40 a day 3 and 1/2 years ago customer came back from Dubai gave me 1000 benson as a thanks , smoked them all then when I'd finished them a month later went into a paper shop after not paying for **** for a month, asked the guy for 20 benson, he said £7.40 ish I said hoooow much!? He said £7.40ish I said it's ok leave and that was it! I realised I wasting waaaay too much money on this **** went cold turkey and haven't smoked since. It's a nice holiday every year!

Sorry. I gave up about 2 years ago. Just remembering it. Smoking is horrible when you don't do it any more. Just do something to take your mind off it!
