3 way diverter valve problem - Liverpool

My 3 way diverter is stuck in the top position. If I attempt to put the central heating on, the valve motor will buzz loudly and click. If i attempt to flick the switch to any other position it will spring back to top, and if I try to hold it in another position it will also buzz and click.

It is a siemens ma-v322c.

Is anyone available to give a quote to come and fix asap?
