Hi, Ive a query regarding 4 year old Ravenheat HE85T combi boiler, this is very similar to CSI85T for those who know this boiler.
The boiler has had new CH and DHW thermistors 2 or 3 times during its life so far along with ignition PCBs replaced 3 times.
The boiler is currently giving issues...
Is it possible when installing a new combi to replace a BBU to cap off the F&R at combi boiler so customer has hot water if the job takes longer than estimated? or would this cause damage to boiler?....never done it before, cap off that is, just wondering if it wer possible to do...

I used a very small gas torch to soldering 2 of 22mm copper water pipes on copper tee (22mmX22mmX15mm) successfuly few days ago.
Now I need soldering a copper drain cock on 15mm end of the tee. For some reason I unable finish the job. I think is because the gas torch is too small.
