Hi guys.

I have a Potterton EP3000 remote controller and a Worcester Greenstar Camray Utility 25/32

I've upgraded to Hive but I've got a problem. I can fire the hotwater up and the boiler kicks in, however, when I try to fire up the CH, the hive registers that the central heating is on but the boiler doesn't fire up.

I've attached the following pictures
1) Old Potterton wiring
2) Hive wiring
3) wiring in box by boiler.
4) wiring box cover

Any ideas on what I've done wrong please

Pic of the back of the old prog please

That's great

Do you have two port valves or a 3 port

When you link 4 and 5 on the old programer does the boiler fire for ch (you might need to turn the room stat up )?

The wiring is how it was on the original programmer and we've never had a room thermostat before. When you up the temp on the hive it show the central heating to be on but the boiler doesn't fire up
