Rothenberger superfire 2 - safety/heat proof tips

hi guys,

Basically had to buy new blow lamp after 7 years! and I am trying to find the heat proof safety tips for it as I remember someone saying about them years a go and I was interested in trying one out.

if anyone knows where I can get one please let me know

Are you not talking about the heat shields that clip onto the torch nozzle?

no supposedly there is a nozzle that replaces the existing one and it's supposed to cool down at a faster rate...

Are you sure your not thinking of the quick fire, I'm sure the tips on them don't get hot???

The pencil flame tips only get warm even with mapp but there rarer than rocking horse. I want to replace mine but can't find one anywhere.

Pretty sure the pencil flame attachment was discontinued some years ago.

i rang my branch for these, seems they have been out of stock for a year or so.

Yea that's the one the only way of getting one is old stock I got mine a pts some years ago.
