hi - is it possible to site the macerator to the side of the loo rather than behind it. I've bought a normal loo which only has 11cm clearance behind it - didn't realise my builder was planning to install a macerator due to the lack of fall on the ground floor.

has anyone else done this & are there any potential problems looming?
All help/suggestions appreciated

:)

You'll have problems with the macerator no matter where it's sited:smile5:

why would that be ? as long as the right kind of stuff goes down the toilet they last a long time

They're a pain in the butt, type saniflow into the search facility you'll see loads with problems

Thanks Guys - think I'll just go shove my head down it = or put the loo on blocks so its higher - :) LOL
