Alright guys? Went to the above boiler, no c/h or h/w.
Pump runs with demand, but nothing else, then goes to a red light (I assume lockout).
There's no pump proving switch, no power to fan.
I thought that I'd check the thermostats to make sure its not an overheat issue, all overheat ok, and the thermistor is fine. Checked the integral frost stat and it was in open line. Do you know if this works like a normal ntc or does it only make a circuit when its too cold?

Cheers guys!

Also, if the frost stat was faulty, would it still fire up?

Just to in case you wanted to know. The frost stat does sit in open line until it's cold enough to activate.

Turned out to be a faulty ignition board.
