Hello,
Last year we got a new kitchen fitted and we got a Bosch Hob (model PPP616B91E). It works ok but the big burner sometimes won't start (I need to keep the button down for > 5 sec, or stop and start again several times) and when it does it's a huge flame which I find very scary! (I suppose because a lot of gas has come out?). Other times it starts perfectly after 2-3 seconds.
As this doesn't happen every time I'm worried about calling an enginner and then when he comes it starts first time and they can't see the problem...
Is this a common problem, should I call someone? (it's still under warranty).
