Hi everyone, I am a university student in the process of completing research based on boiler servicing companies. I have put together a short questionairre on Qualtrics and would really appreciate anyone who could take the time to complete it. It's a short questionairre which won't take longer than 2 minutes to complete and would help me out greatly for my researching data.

The link is as follows; https://qfreeaccountssjc1.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_82rUlEaaEzSWE0S

Just click submit after completion, and again thanks for the time

Cheers

I've completed your survey, but bear in mind I had to leave a lot of fields blank as there was not an option I could honestly pick. For example, as I have suffered two breakdowns in 15 years, there is no relevant option for me as your survey asks me to choose between having experienced boiler problems once per year to four or more times per year.

Further bit of feedback - I stated I would NOT consider boiler cover. Largely because I am aware most schemes do not cover boilers that are over 30 years old (even though spares are available for my boiler). Of course, if there were a scheme that would genuinely cover my boiler and that I felt I could actually trust to deliver when I came to need it, I would consider such a scheme.
