Luke warm rads

Evnin all mate foned me up he got 17 rads running off 40kw unvented set up calculated the btus agaist the kw of boiler all good but the rads furthest away from boiler are luke warm when at full rate have not seen it yet but suspect its been piped in 22mm not 28mm any thoughts cheers

try balancing,if that does not work turn the rest off and blast it

What do you mean by "btu against kw"? Do you mean the radiator outputs vs the boiler output?

Like gas man says,try balancing first that's the most likely problem.
