note you dont need to do this every year but the customer wanted a new seal (friends of theres has a vailant melt) now firstly its assumed your not a halfwit and have isolated the gas and electric first so if you electrocute yourself or blow the house up its your problem
,remove combustion door
,disconect the gas to manifold nut
,remove the spark, detection and earth leads
,remove the clear silicone equilibrium pressure tube note its position get it wrong and the boiler wont fire afterwards
,remove the fan electrical connections
,remove the 4 10mm front cover/hex nuts
,carefully pull the whole assembly forwards the venturi will drop out of the gas to manifold connection keep this safe and dont forget to refit it
