HI IM DOING MY CCN1 EXAM IN TWO WEEK , IVE BEEN TRAINING TOWARDS IT FOR 3 YEARS NOW , JUST WONDEREDD IF ANYONE HAS ANY TIPS ADVICE FOR REVISION , ANDS IF ANYONE HAS ANY MOCK EXAMS OR REVISION PAPERS I COULD HAVE ESPECIALLY ON LEGISLATION VENTILATION
WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED

if youve been preparing for that long youre gonna wiz through it :59:

the thing i remember most about it is it feels endless, take lots of coffee and sugary food

look alive during the pratical parts because examiners think thats where they see if youre capable or not

and if you are doing the fires module as well, on my exam there was a question on cassette fires, i just guessed it but to this day i still dont know what a cassette fire is, if you can find out you'll know more than i did

and if all that fails take an envelope of cash

well its been a heating apprenticeship , so last year has been on gas but just pointing out im not one of the overnight gasmen , my friend had the cassette fires question , my tutor says he hasnt a clue what it is

Remember when you do tightness test to have all appliance iso valves open. make sure that any cooker with SSOV has lid open.
Some examiners like to close the cooker lid just before you start tightness or in the middle of it, so watch the examiner.

When i done mine he walked into the booth with me and put all his paperwork ontop of the cooker lid so i asked him to move them!! apparently its an old trick!!
I have all my resits in June!! sigh!!!
