try connecting it to a compressor? blast it through into a tub/bucket? then re connect and cut in a filter.

Yup, compressor ftw if its blocked, do it from inside and don't let the cust stand anywhere near the opoen end by the tank (unless you don't like them!).

If it is just a airlocked you can get a suction pump, the one oftec do is very good pumps strait into its own container, or gok do one also. Alternatly you will need a mint at the end kero taste in mouth takes an age to clear!

Re-reading the op, 75l of oil isn't going to go very far, you will need a pump and it won't last for long.

the customer had ran out yesterday so he borrowed 75 lts from next door he is getting tank filled in morning but it didnt fire up he prob pulled muck tho no filter wont help cheers for the syphone pump idea going to get one tommorrow dont feel like blowing sucking errrrr no ta cheers guys

I use a Rothenberger test pump to blow oil lines out. If there's black slime its probably water got in. Check tank top to make sure connections are tight, gaskets are fine and no leaks. Extract water from bottom of tank or it will just keep happening.

I use a vehicle priming pump (hand squeezy rubber thingy) for priming fuel lines.
