can anybody tell me the exact inside and outside diameter of 22mm plastic pipe?

I wan't to know if if will fit inside 25mm Galvanised steel conduit (21.8mm)

and also the plastic pipe inside diameter needs to be at least 19mm

it will be tight but i would say no
