Ariston boiler issue?

Hi all. Quick query. Ariston combi comes on, pump and fan running. Boiler fires up but the temp shoots up to 70 and shuts down then when it cools down fires up again etc etc. pump has been replaced. Any ideas?? I'm thinking maybe a blockage.

Ring the manufacturers, could be diverter stuck in hw mode. Or pump.

Pump is fine. And diverter has been checked
