The hot and cold kitchen taps seem to be functioning at lower pressure than I'm used to seeing. I recently moved to this flat so I'm not sure if they've always performed like this or not.
I looked online and it talked about checking if the stop valve is fully open. This is what I can see...

Going to install a wireless room stat for my uncle at the weekend, as he doesn't have any stat at present. There are two possible locations for it - the hall or lounge, but the lounge has a slight complication. This is where the back boiler is, which has it's own gas fire on the front. There is...
Hi all
Just bought my first home, a standard 1930's style terraced house (I mention this just to give some idea of the house layout) with 2 decent bedrooms upstairs and a small one at the front upstairs. The previous tenants, for some reason, moved the Combi boiler from under the stairs, to...
Hi All,
Our soil pipe comes into the property too far to the left, this means you don’t have enough room when on the toilet and there is a big gap between the toilet and sink.
So we need the toilet moved over to make the suite look more symmetrical. The problem is that the mains pipe is at...

hello, we are installing a Ferroli Modena condensing boiler and could install auto air vents 1m from the boiler or near the end of the circuit. Is there any problem placing them near the boiler (loss of pressure etc)?
Thanks
We are about to install a central heating system with a max run of 30m from the boiler and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to install the ABV (automatic bypass valve) at the end of the circuit to keep the circuit as warm as possible. There are 20 rads (19 TRV) and 3 towel holders...
