Ok where to start. Called to a customers home to attend a Riva Advance he with an intermittant fault. On viewing the combi for the first time alarm bells start chiming. Theouter covers are off and the inner case screws are slack and the case is not sitting tight home. It is clearly drawing air...

So seen it in pts with a half decent price. Coming with a clock and flue.
To my inexperienced eyes it looks identical to a duo tec - the clock.
I know baxi and potterton are all run by BDR Thermea so it makes seance I they are virtually the same and sold with different badges...
Hi guys I hope someone might be able to offer a shred of advice please.
Went to look at a Biasi S.p.A m90e.24s. CH but no DHW, tested diverter motor and it had burnt out. Replaced motor and turned on tap. Still no DHW. I have now systematically worked my way around the whole boiler testing all...
Had a call out to the above today, run the hot tap or turn the heating on the boiler only lights for a split second, then off, then on, etc etc.
Removed front covers & it's running sweet.
Leads me to think air pressure switch playing up
What you's chaps thinking?
Thanks people

Boiler ignition is sluggish, ignition sequence is fine but no spark.
Remove the combustion case a fraction and the boiler works fine.
New APS fitted but still the same. Flue checked, all fine, fan venturi clean.
Any thoughts please gang!
Just had a call this morning from a client, the above boiler is not working, in hot water mode it starts but goes left and right lights flash and red in middle. It says in manual, igniton fault sequence but that is it? Are there known problems with these boilers?
Cheers fellers
My local supplier is pushing the 25, 30 or 35KW versions of this combi boiler with a 5-year guarantee. Just wondered if anyone has had any particular good or bad experiences with this model, as some of the reviews of other Biasi boilers online have not been too favourable. Cheers.
Hi all just after some help and advice on a new boiler. Our old Ariston combi has failed and rather than pay to fix we have decided to replace it. We have a 2 bed semi with 1 bathroom. Our plumber has recommended a 24kw Main boiler but a plumber friend has also recommended a Biasi, but we're...
Please help.... Biasi boiler is not producing hw. So I changed the diaphragm in the diverter. This worked for about an hour then the problem returned. I noticed the pin from the diverter is not coming out enough to make a full connection on the micro switch. The micro switch works manually...

Hi there I'm GSR and still and have been to a couple of biasi no hot problems now. The pin on diverter valve never seems to come out enough to make the micro switch. Flow switch seems to work as red LED comes on. I tried replacing diaphragm without any luck. But the the bloody pin still stops...

Hi got a fault on this Biasi M90E 32s, the hot water wont fire up when the tap is opened. But if the central heating is on, it changes over and you get hot water. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Hi y'all , I need a bit of advice. Does anybody know if you can get/fit a plume kit on a 8 yr old Biasi m90f 24s (non conden). Just been to a call out for one and noticed horizontal flue way too close to opening window & internal corner. I'm 99.9% thinking new vertical kit with roof tile etc...
Don't ya just love em :)
According to LED fault guide it points to Flue temp probe NTC lockout. Tested resistance which Biasi said was ok?? So Biasi state must be PCB, not that confident in Biasi so I was wondering if anyone else has come across this fault?
been to another today pulsing fan - if the aps sensing tube is removed fan runs ok - it was pcb as done one before (replaced pcb and working)- all i can think of is that there is a relay on the pcb that drops in and out causing the fan pulse would others agree .
Ok so a landlord I do a bit for asked me to take a look at the above. Didn't have any MI's or any paper work for the boiler.
when switching the boiler on it hum's for 5 or so sec then just stops. Only 1 green LED flashing about once a sec.
When taking a closer look at both the PCB's only the...
