Hey, i was just wondering if sumone who has just done or recently done there initial(first time) ACS gas could share what they had to demonstrate on the practical side and what are the written exams like open and closed book exam, i have my ACS coming up with in the next couple of weeks, Thanks...
resat acs practical and on last question i was asked to visualy inspect boiler with out touching and spotted the pipework to be incorrect as seemed to be steel as i told him its the wrong fitting and not mentioning its lead i failed ...as i been working with a gas safe engineer for the past year...

I completed all my tests today, well chuffed, dont know why i was worried i worked hard for it plus id been doing gas work under a very good qualified guy for the last 3 years, and my books even joined me on my recent stay in Egypt!
