    Halstead Ace No HW/CH after Power-Cut

    Hi All - We just had a power cut and now the boiler doesn't fire up!! Power light is lit and water pressure etc haven't been changed - any ideas? I am qualified electronics engineer but would like to be pointed in the right direction before assuming anything drastic.- thanks all in advance.

    oil or none mains gas? pros and cons of both?

    we dont have mains gas so would need one of those big tanks in the garden, it is coming towards the time when i need to make a decision on what to install. what do you guys think? pros and cons of oil and none mains gas. the house has no heating at all so it will all be a brand new install.
